Terms of service

From the moment you buy or use a 4K TV Live IPTV subscription. Paying for a plan means you accept them.

Access to television delivered over the internet for the period you paid for, on the number of screens your plan allows. The login is issued after payment and is yours alone.

• Keep the login private. Sharing it past the screen count on your plan can close the account with no refund.
• Use it at home. No public showing, no resale.
• No copying, recording or redistributing of what the service streams.
• A WhatsApp number that works, so the login and the renewal can reach you.

We keep the service running day and night, and no internet service is immune to maintenance or to trouble further upstream. A short interruption is not grounds for a refund. A failure that lasts for days is, under the refund policy.

4K needs about 25 Mbps per stream and HD about 15 Mbps. A slow or dropping line is your provider's to fix, not ours, and it is not covered by the refund policy.

4K TV Live IPTV provides access to streams. We do not make, own or store the programming on them. Checking that watching it is lawful where you live is your responsibility.

Stop at any time by not renewing. If you break these terms the account closes with nothing refunded; a login shared past its screen count or resold is the usual cause.

These terms may change. The date under the heading is the last edit, and a change applies from the day it goes up.
