Refund policy

Ask within 60 days of paying and the full amount comes back. No reason required and no form.

One WhatsApp message with the word refund and the username on the account. It is found and processed straight away.

The money comes back on its own if any of these happen:

• The login did not arrive in the time we promised.
• One order was charged twice.
• We asked you to confirm a payment and heard nothing for 7 days.
• You paid less than the order total and the difference stayed open past 7 days.

• The purchase is more than 60 days old.

Once approved, the refund is sent to the payment method you paid with, usually that same day. Your bank decides when it shows, usually within two to five business days.

This policy adds to your rights under state and federal consumer law. If the law gives you more, you get what the law says.
