How to report a copyright concern and what we do with it.

Last updated 3 September 2026

Our position

4K TV Live IPTV resells access to streams run by other operators. We do not store, record or broadcast anything, and we do not choose what those operators transmit.

Copyright is taken seriously here. If you own or represent a right in something reachable through this service, send a notice and you get a reply.

What a valid notice needs

We can act on a notice only when it carries all of these:

  • Your name, a postal address, and an email or phone number we can reach you on.
  • The work you say is infringed.
  • Which material you are complaining about, described well enough to locate it.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not permitted by the rights holder, an agent of theirs, or the law.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and that you own the right or act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Mail it to 4K TV Live IPTV, 547 Lake Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071, USA, or send it through the contact page. A notice missing any item above goes back to you to complete.

What happens next

A complete notice is forwarded to the operator running the stream and access is cut off on our side wherever we are able to. Nothing sits on our servers, so the final removal is in that operator's hands.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat complaints

Accounts that keep attracting valid complaints are closed.
